In the CRTO’s duty to serve and protect the public interest, the By-laws provide a mechanism to direct the administrative and internal affairs of the CRTO and its Council, regulate the practice of the profession, and to govern its members. The By-laws are informed by principles of good governance, based on best practice, and developed with the public interest in mind.
The CRTO By-laws are developed and approved by the CRTO Council.
